We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Engineer to join our team at Consor. Based in San Carlos, CA, this role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships and integrate project delivery schedules across diverse stakeholder groups.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $160,000

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert project controls support to administer capital projects efficiently.
  2. Monitor financial health by tracking funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and other critical aspects.
  3. Develop or enhance tools for cash flow management, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  4. Identify and track project issues and risks, maintaining comprehensive registers.
  5. Support the development of key performance indicators and provide regular updates.
  6. Assist in updating project schedules and baselines, ensuring alignment with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in project controls or a related field.
  3. Design-build/Construction Management experience is essential.
  4. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and reporting abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
