About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Early Careers Launch Program on our Health and Benefits Solutions team. As a Health Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic assessments and innovative solutions for employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit programs
  • Gain hands-on experience in developing critical strategies for today's evolving healthcare landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in health and benefits
Requirements
  • Seniors graduating between Spring 2024 – Spring 2025 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Alignment with values of integrity, client commitment, and community dedication
  • Adaptability, quick learning ability, and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
