Job Title: Professional Relations Specialist

Job Summary

The Professional Relations Specialist plays a critical role in the Lightfully Outreach Department, responsible for prospecting activities that increase brand awareness and B-to-B lead generation for the outreach team. This position involves engaging and nurturing referent leads until they are qualified sufficiently to pass to Outreach for active engagement. The ideal candidate is a sales-minded individual with a strong understanding of behavioral health and the sales process, as well as the ability to strategically target viable prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting and cold-calling activities to support professional relationship development in the early stages of the sales process.
  • Work to establish meaningful connections with prospects that will convert to long-term, productive referral relationships.
  • Support the general needs of the Outreach team, including new territory launch and low-census focal areas.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of prospecting efforts and referent engagement, including entering pertinent prospect information into CRM and utilizing Salesforce and similar prospecting tools.
  • Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to support referral needs for clients and utilize existing relationships and resources to provide recommendations that support the reciprocal nature of professional relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and experience is a plus.
  • Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of detail orientation and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the teams they support and becomes a valued member of the Lightfully Outreach team.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS, preferred.
  • 1-2 years previous business experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, education, or marketing/communications.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $28-33/hour, and this role is eligible for a bonus plan.
