Role SummaryNitroFill, LLC is seeking a dedicated Warranty Claims Administrator / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in our Tire Claims Center, managing incoming inquiries and guiding customers through the claims process.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming tire claim inquiries from NitroFill dealers and program members.
- Gather necessary program details and input them into our proprietary database.
- Confirm customer membership coverage.
- Utilize our systems to initiate and manage claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with the claims team to evaluate and resolve tire claims.
- Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our tire warranty programs.
- Perform general office tasks such as emailing, faxing, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Manage a high volume of calls effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Several years of experience in insurance or warranty claims administration, or similar customer service roles.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of automobile tires is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- A commitment to professional growth and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and from home when required.
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred.
This position is based in a professional office setting, requiring the use of standard office equipment.
