Your Role:

As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on promoting our award-winning SaaS offerings to SMEs within your designated territory.

Your responsibilities will include identifying prospective clients, developing a robust prospect list, managing an existing client portfolio, and driving revenue growth through efficient sales cycles. This dynamic position requires you to meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.

While this is a remote position, it is essential to reside in proximity to your clients to facilitate in-person meetings and gain a deeper understanding of their business needs.

The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, which includes base salary and commissions, is approximately $90,000 USD annually in most locations.

Final compensation will be influenced by various factors, including location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


Your Responsibilities:

This role encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • Conducting consultative sales meetings to identify challenges and propose effective solutions for SMEs
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Demonstrating drive and motivation to achieve sales KPIs
  • Prospecting for new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to track progress against KPIs and targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in generating new business in a self-directed B2B sales role
  • A solid understanding of SaaS and the ability to create a personal prospect list
  • A strong drive to meet sales KPIs

Basic Qualifications:
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience
  • A proven track record in prospecting and cold calling
  • Technological proficiency
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from multiple infractions in the past year.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business
  • Experience in upselling software solutions
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
