About the Job

UnityPoint Health seeks an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in Moline, IL. The successful candidate will possess excellent technology skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Deliver administrative support using software applications to fulfill job requirements.
  2. Participate in meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Foster professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, clearly conveying action items and concise information.
  4. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills independently.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • An associate degree in business, health administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Typing speed of 50 wpm and kph.
  • PREFERRED: Two years of administrative secretarial experience in healthcare or a related field.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000.
