Bethany for Children & Families is seeking a Family Support Specialist to join our team in Moline, Illinois. As a key member of our staff, you will provide educational and community services to children and families, promoting positive relationships and growth.

Compensation: $47,828.70 per year

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or education, with relevant experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to assess and develop effective case plans, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

The successful Family Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Assessing client needs and developing tailored case plans;
  • Providing individualized support and guidance to clients and their families;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting statistics as required;
  • Collaborating with other service providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support;
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to client needs.
