Job Title: Entry-Level Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities as needed
  • Document customer interactions and update customer information in our database
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
