Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our team at John Paul. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel research and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on lifestyle requests, including relocation services, event planning, shopping and gifts, and more.
  • Plan, research, and book complex travel, including airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, fine dining, theater plays, sporting events, concerts, cruise packages, vacation packages, and so much more.
  • Provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand.
  • Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment.
  • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, concierge, or executive assistant
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and/or in writing
  • Event and party planning experience preferred
  • Possess an exemplary positive attitude and passion for offering unmatched service beyond expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
