The iPhone Engineering Program Management Team is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic System Engineering Program Coordinator (EPC) to manage system BOMs, budgets, finances, logistics, allocations, and product security.

A System EPC on our team must be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong prioritization skills and exceptional communication abilities.

They should be self-driven and a proactive leader, prepared to collaborate with the Engineering Program Management team and multifunctional engineering teams to navigate the risks and requirements linked to the success of each engineering program build.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee System BOMs

  • Develop part numbers and structure intricate BOMs (Bills of Materials)
  • Create, manage, and process Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturer Change Orders, and Deviations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Finance, and cross-functional teams to direct development budgets
  • Generate Purchase Requisitions and maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations, including Goods Receipts
  • Oversee allocations, material schedules, deliverables, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with Apple security and safety product requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Familiarity with configuration management and BOM structuring (preferably for hardware products)
Minimum 3+ years of NPI program management (or related experience in the consumer electronics industry) involving budget, procurement, logistics, and overseas supplier/contract manufacturer management
Proficient in MS Excel
Availability for off-hour support as needed
Demonstrated excellence in communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of complex Bills of Materials and documentation experience
Experience with PLM tools; Agile experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a large cross-functional team
Ability to adapt to resets and changes in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Experience in facilitating and tracking program budgets
BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience
Willingness to travel if necessary

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to advance as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this position is between $112,900 and $234,700, with your base pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if they voluntarily participate in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
