Job Summary

CRMG is seeking a highly skilled Supervising Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 138-unit apartment community, Sandyplace Apartment Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the property's marketing, maintenance, and resident relations, while also supervising and training our property employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the property's marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring it meets our high standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention
  • Supervise and train property employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities
  • Collect rents, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including landlord-tenant laws, fair housing laws, and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • Two years of previous property management experience
  • Six months to one year of previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
