- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, driving occupancy and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve resident complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in customer service and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of property management software, including Entrata, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and property maintenance.
- High school degree or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
