Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of previous customer service experience, two years of previous property management experience, and six months to one year of previous supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as basic math skills and the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel between properties, a current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
