Qualifications
  • Current LVN or LPN licensure in the respective state.
  • CPR Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.

  • Ability to adhere to the defined work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Intermediate skills in computer and mobile device usage.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an LPN at Belmont Village, you will be responsible for administering medications, supporting wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in quality monitoring. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff to ensure timely clinical interventions and follow-ups. Additionally, you will supervise Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing guidance on daily assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Follow up on physician orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers, and communicate any changes in resident conditions to physicians and families.
  • Administer medications to assigned residents per physician orders and document any adverse reactions or clinical observations as necessary.
  • Oversee the implementation of resident care and service plans by managing the tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers.
  • Make informed decisions in various situations and manage conflicts positively and constructively.
  • Maintain and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
