Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conduct physical assessments and implement preventive health strategies.
- Provide guidance and education on lifestyle changes and self-management.
- Prescribe necessary medications and request laboratory evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, progress, and treatment plans.
- Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exemplary bedside manner.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
