Position Overview

The role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage patient care plans effectively while collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Conduct physical assessments and implement preventive health strategies.
  • Provide guidance and education on lifestyle changes and self-management.
  • Prescribe necessary medications and request laboratory evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exemplary bedside manner.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
