The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for executing designated technical nursing tasks within the scope of practice as outlined for licensed practical nurses, under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role involves monitoring and gathering patient information, documenting findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and communicating any patient symptoms, reactions, or changes to the appropriate supervisory personnel.



Qualifications:

Education Requirements:
  • Essential: Completion of a Practical Nursing program

Experience:
  • Essential: Less than one year of relevant experience

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Essential: Current Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Essential: Basic Life Support certification
