Job Summary

The Business Development Representative is a key role at Magnum Paving, responsible for driving sales growth and client success. This associate-mid level sales position serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage new and existing clients to provide value and drive sales growth
  • Proactively manage resources to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Align company solutions with client business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new and emerging vertical markets and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 7 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Experience independently closing individual accounts with revenue over $250K+
  • Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels within the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent proposal development, presentation, and negotiating skills
