Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and helping to drive business growth through value-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up with them as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • License Requirements: Possess a valid Property & Casualty license and be willing to obtain a Life and Health license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual language skills are preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service, and able to work in a team environment.
