Digital Account Strategist

At Calu Agency, we're seeking a skilled Digital Account Strategist to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of OnlyFans creators.
Your role will involve managing relationships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that our clients achieve their growth and revenue goals.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and support.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for clients to help grow their fan base, increase engagement, and boost earnings on OnlyFans.
- Collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns (social media, influencer partnerships, promotional events) and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Work with creators to manage content calendars, helping them organize and plan content for optimal performance.
- Monitor client performance on OnlyFans and other platforms, provide regular reporting, and suggest optimizations to improve growth and revenue.
- Work closely with social media managers, content creators, designers, and other departments to implement strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (preferably in the entertainment, social media, or influencer marketing industries).
- Understanding of the OnlyFans platform and its ecosystem is a plus, including content strategies and fan engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and influencer outreach strategies.
