Corporate Office Assistant

Join our team at Prudential as a Corporate Office Assistant and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our Product Design and Innovation team, you will provide administrative support for our leaders and help drive business growth.
**About the Role:**
This is a Hybrid position based in Newark, NJ, requiring a minimum of two days in the office and the remainder of the week worked remotely. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting general administrative tasks of moderate difficulty and complexity.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Support general administrative tasks of moderate difficulty and complexity
- Operate computer using intermediate software applications
- Assist with meeting planning and preparation
- Process procurement orders for office equipment and supplies
- Manage distribution lists
- Makes minor decisions and recommendations
