About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics, contributing to the success of the store.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
