Multilingual Customer Service Representative

Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics, contributing to the success of the store.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
