Assistant Manager - Transitional Residential Treatment Program

Community Partners NH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Transitional Residential Treatment Program. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of clinical services and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in expense and quality management
  • Manage and monitor administrative, fiscal, materials, food service, and residential safety and security systems
  • Support a positive environment of care for all persons served
  • Ensure a clean, hazard-free, supportive, and effective therapeutic treatment environment
  • Work directly with clients as scheduled, and as backup staff during crisis, vacancies, absenteeism, and vacation coverage

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent qualifications and experience in direct client services and support
  • 5 years of experience working with behaviorally challenging adults, knowledge of disabilities, and mental health disorders
  • Experience in fiscal management, facilities, and construction, worked in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while keeping program and client needs in mind
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, understands the necessity of reliable feedback loops and communication with Manager and Director
  • Ability to utilize technology to perform requirements of the job
  • Possess strong desire to communicate and relate to staff and clients, keeping disabilities and diversity in mind
  • Knowledge of record keeping and HIPAA
  • Understanding of fiscal management, sustainability, and cost savings programs
