Job Summary

As a Construction Manager II at Clayton Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential homes. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Focused Build Team with daily supervision and execution of construction schedules to deliver homes on time and within budget.
• Conduct demonstration and verification walkthroughs with customers prior to closing to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Deliver all homes with zero defects at time of closing by coordinating with trade partners and conducting daily inspections.
• Coordinate and manage trade partners to deliver high-quality homes while meeting budgets and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with community teams and support center.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving homeowner issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the residential construction industry.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
