Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction team. As a key member of our corporate operations, you will oversee a variety of projects, leading complex jobs and managing teams with autonomy and support from peers and executive leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage project administration, cost control, design or engineering issue resolution, client management, and team leadership.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6 and Viewpoint.
