Key Responsibilities:

As a Driver Support Specialist, your role will include:

  1. Providing essential support to drivers during absences or outside regular hours to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
  2. Addressing driver inquiries regarding schedules, loads, and necessary documentation.
  3. Coordinating dispatch for pre-planned loads and managing all relevant data entry and paperwork.
  4. Resolving load targets and collaborating with relevant parties to accommodate customer requests related to load planning and timely delivery.
  5. Monitoring assigned loads and documenting any issues, resolutions, or escalations appropriately.
  6. Transferring pertinent information to the next shift.
  7. Promoting safety for drivers at all times.
  8. Actively contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in a call center or transportation operations is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 per hour.
