Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within assigned territories. This role requires a consultative approach, leveraging prospecting, telemarketing, and networking to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through prospecting and referrals, leveraging tools and technology to maximize efficiency.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine optimal solutions to solve business challenges and meet specific needs.
  • Present Paycor products and services to potential clients, both in-person and via phone.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned referral sources.
  • Own accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing current practices to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.
  • Assist in the conversion process for new clients, ensuring successful processing of initial payroll.
  • Collaborate with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-year business degree.
