Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our established system to cultivate a sustainable referral network.
  • Maintain an updated list of key clients to foster ongoing relationship development.
  • Generate new business opportunities, finalize sales, and boost revenue through cold outreach, site visits, and community engagement.
  • Inspire the sales team to achieve or surpass set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin goals.
  • Evaluate local market trends and competitor activities to uncover potential business leads.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in direct sales, field sales, leadership, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Active insurance license or readiness to obtain one upon hiring.
