Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead our Atlanta, GA office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing project budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth targets.
- Leadership: Mentor and train project managers, foster a high-performance team, and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of strong operating management experience in the consulting engineering environment.
