Job Title: Strategic Sales Representative

At DuraServ Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding market presence within assigned territories, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders within large corporate accounts to drive engagement and long-term partnership growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, and provide expert technical consultation to address client needs and optimize solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach measures, including cold calls and leveraging social media.
  • Stay current with the latest technical knowledge and advancements related to overhead doors, dock levelers, and associated equipment to effectively support customer needs.
  • Prepare estimates for all construction projects and possess a broad understanding of contracts and loading dock design principles.
  • Perform project management responsibilities as required for successfully sold jobs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of 5 or more years with education is desirable.
  • Experience in complex selling environments, including conducting presentations at the C-suite level.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • In office environment.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Travel:
  • This job requires planned business travel.
