Job Title: Banking Operations Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Banking Operations Analyst to join their team on a 9-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a banking environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Overview:

The Banking Operations Analyst will play a critical role in providing support to banking clients by resolving escalated issues and overseeing various processes related to Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions. This role requires a high level of quality service and compliance with corporate policies and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed within corporate policy guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Stay updated on new product developments and process enhancements affecting HBS products and services.
  • Assist with regulatory and audit assessments as needed.
  • Provide efficient, courteous service to both internal associates and external clients.
  • Track and report Scase metrics, acting as a liaison between HBS and other business partners, including external vendors, to ensure comprehensive client service.
  • Perform vendor oversight functions to ensure SLAs are met, including response/research, account maintenance, and analyzing and resolving inquiries and requests.
  • Support billing reconciliation for 40+ clients, working with Relationship Managers to follow up on aged receivables.
  • Ensure quality assurance for fulfillment mailings, including mail tracking and peer review.
  • Assist the team by supporting the Team Leader and/or Manager with special projects as required.
  • Provide backup operational support for various HBS processes, including debit card updates, debit card monitoring, billing, enhanced IDV support, privacy mailings, and operational calls.

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of work experience within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact directly with Bank of America's wealth management clients to resolve issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.

Pay:

$21-22/hr.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
