  • Communicate effectively with business partners at an enterprise level.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the software development life cycle, executing production changes with precision.
  • Build, configure, install, and validate software systems.
  • Establish test environments for application validation.
  • Investigate and resolve issues utilizing acquired knowledge and resources, often under tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management or relevant IT departments as necessary.
  • Analyze user-reported issues to identify potential sources of problems.
  • Participate in systems or hardware-related projects as directed by management.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards in all software configurations and installations.
  • Create or update relevant documentation as needed.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues within a multi-tier development environment, particularly with .NET or Java technologies.
Preferred Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows Middleware Engineering, with a background in DEVOPS and familiarity with tools such as BMC Remedy and BMC BladeLogic Server Automation.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure components, including HTTP/S, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and proxies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
