Key Responsibilities:

  • Process undelivered debit cards, tracking data in Excel and ensuring accurate records.
  • Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved within established guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product developments and process enhancements to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Assist with regulatory and audit assessments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional, courteous service to internal associates and external clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Track and report Siebel case metrics, collaborate with business partners and vendors to drive results.
  • Perform vendor oversight to ensure service level agreement compliance and maintain high-quality relationships.
  • Handle operational functions such as response/research, account maintenance, and inquiry resolution with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist team members as needed to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity.
  • Support billing reconciliation for multiple clients, including aged receivable tracking and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure quality assurance and tracking for fulfillment mailings to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup operational support for various HBS processes to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, with strong data analysis and tracking skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong administrative and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $21-22/hour, competitive compensation package.
