At Kimbrell's Furniture, we're seeking a highly skilled and professional Office Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers, resolving their debts, and collecting payments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving. You will be responsible for interacting with customers diligently, courteously, and professionally while collecting payments. You must have good knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices, as well as the ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. You will also be responsible for following set strategies for collection procedures, monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts, and gathering and verifying customers' personal and credit information. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stressful work situations. You will also need to be available to work weekends and holidays.
