- Grow the Brand, Sales, and Profits
- Control profit and loss by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through a preventative maintenance plan based on company standards.
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables on a continual basis and coach on corrective action to meet targets and goals.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a 10-point manager schedule, including mid-shifts, opening and closing shifts, and one weekend day per week.
- Good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic business math and accounting skills to manage profit and loss in the restaurant.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Passion for providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards.
- Dynamic, energetic, and positive leadership skills, with a self-starter attitude and a commitment to doing the right thing for the business.
