Regional Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at avad3 Event Production. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and proactively reaching out to new regional leads and business opportunities. This includes seeking out equipment rental opportunities, coordinating with our Logistics team, building and maintaining relationships with regional prospects, and introducing and explaining our company's products or services to potential clients.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Your primary focus will be on Northwest Arkansas, but you will also pursue key regional opportunities in neighboring metros including Little Rock, Tulsa, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Dallas, and St. Louis.

This role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, driven, local, people-oriented, achievement-oriented, autonomous/independent, and innovative. You must have experience in sales and/or customer service, excellent communication skills, adjacent industry production experience, and the ability to maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

The estimated salary for this role is $62,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401K retirement with a 6% match, company-paid 70% healthcare benefits plus 100% company-paid First Stop Health, paid personal days starting at 20 days per year, and more.
