- Preparation of contracts and service manuals for clients.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls for clients, prepare invoices and proposals for service work when needed.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong data entry and order entry skills.
- Experience in a construction environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
