Holiday Assistant Local Manager Santa Photo

As an Assistant Local Manager with Cherry Hill Programs Inc, you will play a key role in leading and developing the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment, where you will be responsible for promoting a positive and collaborative atmosphere, maintaining core values and policies, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Local Manager in preparations for the opening day, including hiring completion, inventory management, equipment setup and testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening and closing procedures.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
- Assist the Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, training, and recruiting.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training.
- Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
