Job Overview

As an Assistant Local Manager with Cherry Hill Programs Inc, you will play a key role in leading and developing the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Local Manager in preparations for the opening day, including hiring completion, inventory management, equipment setup and testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
  • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
  • Assist the Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, training, and recruiting.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions.
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
