Surgical Technologist Level II

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist Level II to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technologist to assist in the operating room and provide exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sterile techniques and be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the operating room environment to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience.
- Assist surgeons and nurses in the peri-operative care of patients.
- Work closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient function of the operating room.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting.
- Associate's degree.
- Four years' experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting.
- Committee and leadership experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
