Surgical Technologist Level II

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist Level II to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient function of our surgical services.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, ensuring a safe and sterile workspace for patients and staff.
- Assist with the peri-operative care of patients, providing support and guidance to surgeons and nurses as needed.
- Work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of surgical services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting required.
- Preferred experience for a Surgical Tech: Associate's degree, 4 years' experience as Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting, Committee and leadership experience, Basic Life Support (BLS).
