Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support our equipment repair and fabrication operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment fleet, including parts procurement, time entry, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure and manage parts and materials for equipment repair and maintenance
  • Enter and track time and labor for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Develop and implement logistics plans for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance metrics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs
  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
