  • Facilities Management: Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintenance Operations: Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Staff Management: Assist the manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff, scheduling maintenance personnel, and managing system for handling resident service requests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures, ensuring that all financial and operational data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings, ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent role, with a proven track record of success in facilities management.
  • Qualifications: Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units, and experience in all trades.
  • Skills: Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
