Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in delivering personalized healthcare services. This position requires collaboration with other members of the management team to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participates in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop effective strategies for patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of $93,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits packages and career growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of Medical Surgical Telemetry RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License required.
