Role Responsibilities:
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations and program development.
- Managing resource allocation and business functions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with donors and the community.
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits include a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match, health and dental insurance, as well as vacation, sick leave, and holiday time off.
Candidate Profile:
