Facilities and Services:

Our facility accommodates up to 48 individuals each night, offering various sleeping arrangements, including dedicated spaces for women and families. The Resource Center is available daily, providing warmth, meals, and access to vital information regarding services aimed at achieving permanent housing.


Role Responsibilities:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations and program development.
  • Managing resource allocation and business functions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with donors and the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits include a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match, health and dental insurance, as well as vacation, sick leave, and holiday time off.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a graduate degree preferred or a combination of education and relevant experience.
