Role Overview:

We are currently in search of a skilled Bartender to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while assisting with table service as required.
  • Engage with patrons, take orders, and provide snacks and drinks.
  • Evaluate customer preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to create a variety of cocktails.
  • Design and present an appealing bar menu.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction and foster an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Compliance with all state food and beverage regulations, including alcohol training and certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in bartending.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Familiarity with a second language is advantageous.
  • A positive demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to keep the bar area organized and well-stocked.
  • Relevant training certification.
