Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the daily operations of the HR department across multiple branches, ensuring efficient administrative processes related to human resources functions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Evaluates and interprets company policies, programs, and procedures, providing guidance to both employees and management.
  • May oversee lower-level support staff and clerical personnel, providing leadership and direction.
  • Collaborates with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to ensure the timely recruitment of qualified candidates for open positions, working closely with department heads to identify necessary skills and competencies.
  • Maintains comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy in details such as job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structure.
  • Facilitates the training of new employees during orientation sessions and may lead these orientations.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, or similar software.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize the Ceridian DayForce systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience demonstrating proven proficiency in human resources practices.
