Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Franchise Development Manager to elevate our franchise recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of recruitment methodologies within the franchise sector and demonstrate a proven ability to convert leads into successful franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:

  • Lead Generation: Formulate and implement effective strategies for lead generation, employing both inbound and outbound techniques such as cold outreach, email marketing, participation in industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with prospective franchisees, providing detailed insights into the franchise opportunity and guiding them through the initial stages of inquiry.
  • Strategic Recruitment Execution: Collaborate with the VP of Franchise Development to execute targeted recruitment strategies aimed at specific markets and demographics that align with our expansion goals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess potential franchisees, ensuring they meet our brand standards and financial requirements.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work in tandem with marketing and sales teams to synchronize strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and suggest improvements to the VP of Franchise Development.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with industry standards and ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality throughout the negotiation process.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in business development or recruitment, ideally within a B2B or B2C context, with a focus on franchise development preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
