Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. This role will work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop strategic sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies to generate leads and promote products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish sales targets to meet company objectives
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to coordinate marketing strategies
  • Analyze and test business potentials and new products
  • Provide strategic input for executing and developing improvements in company strategy
  • Manage multiple channels selling strategies
  • Develop budget estimates and firm proposals for prospective clients
  • Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization and leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing
  • 5+ years' experience in new business development and marketing in a B2B environment
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
