As a seasoned Franchise Development Manager at beem Light Sauna, you will be responsible for driving our franchise recruitment efforts to new heights. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from initial outreach to final negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to generate and manage leads, utilizing inbound and outbound tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, industry events participation, and digital platform leverage.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing comprehensive information about the franchise opportunity and guiding them through the initial inquiry stages.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Franchise Development to implement the recruitment strategy, targeting specific markets and demographics aligned with our brand's expansion objectives.
  • Conduct rigorous screenings and interviews to evaluate potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and financial prerequisites.
  • Deliver regular reports on recruitment progress and offer insights for process enhancement to the VP of Franchise Development.

Requirements:

  • Two years of relevant work experience in business development or recruitment, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting, with specific exposure to franchise development highly desirable.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other recruitment tools for lead management and communication streamlining.
