Job Description

Beem Light Sauna is seeking a seasoned Franchise Development Manager to drive our franchise recruitment efforts to new heights. As a proactive and experienced professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to generate and manage leads, utilizing inbound and outbound tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, industry events participation, and digital platform leverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management: Develop and execute effective strategies to generate and manage leads, utilizing inbound and outbound tactics.
  • Prospect Nurturing: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing comprehensive information about the franchise opportunity and guiding them through the initial inquiry stages.
  • Recruitment Strategy Execution: Collaborate closely with the VP of Franchise Development to implement the recruitment strategy, targeting specific markets and demographics aligned with our brand's expansion objectives.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct rigorous screenings and interviews to evaluate potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and financial prerequisites.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation. Deliver regular reports on recruitment progress and offer insights for process enhancement to the VP of Franchise Development.

Requirements:

  • Two years of relevant work experience in business development or recruitment, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting, with specific exposure to franchise development highly desirable.
  • At least a high school diploma or GED.
