Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Stanford University is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join its team. As a key member of the university's talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition processes, programs, and policies that align with the university's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation on complex issues to schools and units on adoption, customization, implementation, and measurement of effectiveness of talent acquisition programs.
  • Develop, deliver, and implement proposals and process improvements for talent acquisition programs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote complex programs within the talent acquisition portfolio by leading the education, training, and engagement of participants in the program in alignment with university objectives.
  • Implement sourcing and recruiting strategies in support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge regarding talent acquisition, and state and federal employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a team-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Project management skills in a multiple location/unit environment.
Working Conditions:

Travel on campus to schools/units, occasional out of town travel.

This is a hybrid work arrangement (a combination of onsite and work from home). The number of days may occasionally fluctuate subject to business needs, but the expectation is that this position will be onsite a minimum of 2 days/week, typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The onsite work location is Stanford Redwood City Campus, 505 Broadway, Redwood City, California but travel to the Stanford Campus, Stanford, California may be required at times.

Due to the funding for this position, the fixed-term end date will be May 2026.

Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position.

The expected pay range for this position is $140,000-160,000 per annum.

At Stanford University, base pay represents only one aspect of the comprehensive rewards package.
